Bolt system proves its success

After three years of intense product development and testing, the 1-Bolt teeth system was launched at the 2004 BAUMA show. Since then more and more customers are converting to the new system. The main benefit is that this tooth is changed in half the time compared to the existing two-bolt system.So far we are very pleased with the new system, says Marketing Director Helge Nesvaag at Komatsu KVX in Norway. The response from the market has been only positive. The strenght of the system has impressed also us, he says. The system is so far available for 30 ton machines and upwards. The new tooth also require a new lip. The 4 dowels for each tooth is ready fixed in the lip.
